• Packing, loading, unloading and transportation of household items
are included unless mentioned otherwise.
• If the shifting date is more than 4 days after booking, a token advance of ₹500 is required to block the schedule.
• For sharing / part load consignments, 100% advance payment is required as per company policy.
• For separate full load vehicle, payment terms will be:
80% payment after loading of the vehicle and 20% payment at the unloading point.
• Insurance is optional and will be charged extra if required by the client.
• Without insurance, the company will not be responsible for any
loss or damage during transit.
• GST and other applicable taxes will be charged extra as per government norms.
• Valuable items such as cash, jewellery, important documents and fragile items
should not be packed with household goods.
• Installation and dismantling of electronic items (AC, geyser, TV, etc.)
will be charged extra if required.
• Staircase carry, long carry, or extra labour (if any) will be charged extra.
• Quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Any delay caused due to traffic, weather conditions, strikes or government
regulations will be beyond company responsibility.
